Mission Statement

“Our organization is a Land Freight Transport company, created under the Puerto Rico Incorporation Law.

Safeway Trucking, Inc. was born in 1999 out of the need and desire to offer a transport service of excellence, where the customer can count on us as part of his team so to cover the requirements of the new millennium.

Our philosophy and motivation has been to serve our client with diligence and professionalism. Our drivers and assistants are properly uniformed, not only to distinguish us among the industry but also to safeguard the integrity and security for the receiving party.

We count on first-class equipment. We have 2 Mack trucks, one from 1998 and another a 2000 Midliner, with a 22 ft. body with security door and the convenience of a cargo lifter, which helps in the moving of merchandise reducing to a minimum accidents and guaranteeing the best handling of our client’s merchandise.

We also have a 1999 Mack CH 613 double-axle dump truck, for other needs or specialty movings. We also offer trailer and platform leasing service, logistical service, freight movement from or to any ocean-freight company in Puerto Rico such as Crowley, Navieras de PR, SeaBarge, Sealand, Trailer Bridge, etc. across the island including Vieques and Culebra.”
